The Lemming Requires It

Cititorilor, haideți să fim serioși: cu toții știm engleză. În această ordine de idei, lenea mea de a traduce leapșa pe care am primit-o de la Lemming nu vă va incomoda prea tare. Așadar, here it goes, the “seven things meme”. Also, long overdue. Types “types in shame” in shame.

So, from the “Let us get better aquainted to the evil blogger” series, the “Seven things that scare me” meme. (meme esti tu, bai Lemming! etc. )

• Dismemberment (of self)
• Pysical pain (for self or others)
• The ‘hood badasses
• Dogs (due to childhood trauma)
• The possibility of breaking stuff
• Debt
• People (sometimes, when they sneak up on me and go “boo!” like this one time in band camp)

Kind of scraping the barrel there, not a lot of fears. Wich is either good, or means I’m repressing my true fears.

Seven things I like the most

• Laughing
• Calling bluffs (and thwarting evil plans)
• Cartoons
• Losing myself in the experience (e.g when listening to music, watching a cartoon, others)
• Going back to sleep if it’s Saturday or even too early to go to work
• Technology towards comfort (wireless stuff for example; or Gmail)
• Symbols (logos, fonts, icons, avatars, etc)

Seven important things in my room

• My camera
• My computer and the Internet (soooo geeky)
• My trusty backpack (well, not one in particular, just the current trusty backpack)
• Whatever T-shirt is my favourite T-shirt at the time
• The british flag on my ceiling (it hides the ghastly hole in my ceiling)
• My lava-lamp
• Did I mention my computer? Well, I have two.

In my defence, I don’t have a lot of stuff in my room; also, I don’t spend a lot of time at home

Seven random facts about me

• I watch movies several times. I watch scenes several times. I listen to songs several times. You get the picture.
• I fidget; also, I chew stuff
• I’m a slow eater
• I think I have a mild form of either ADD or OCD, but I probably have none, so that means I have a mild form of ipochondry. I forget which one, because I only remember useless stuff.
• My handwriting is… well, I’d rather type, and trust me, you as well would rather I type
• I should wear my glasses, but I do without
• I like to play with fire (literally)

• lie convincingly
• just let it go and stop bringing it up

• take criticism if not delivered with diplomacy

• fake concern; not a lot of genuine concern, for that matter

• voice
• a certain spark in someone’s eye, hard to describe, but sometimes there’s a moment, and we both know it
• vocabulary
• style
• kindness
• sence of humour
• knowledge

Seven things I say the most; wel, that varies, because I borrow a lot of catchphrases; I’ll just go with things I say often:

• “hence…” (sometimes actually in English)
• “[somethong], bro!”
• “I see how one may come to think that, but…”

Sadly, I shall have to pass on this one, as there were none. Maybe if I met someone in real life… Or got a TV…
